Enterprise Account Executive

York City Metropolitan Area (Hybrid)

About the Role:

We seek an experienced New Business Development professional to join our dynamic sales team in NYC. You will be crucial in acquiring new customers by targeting enterprise accounts through expert prospecting, opportunity identification, and closing high-value deals. You'll be working closely with the Global Sales Team and the Chief Customer Success Officer to drive our sales process forward. This role demands a strong understanding of enterprise sales techniques, exceptional communication skills, and a relentless focus on achieving results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation:

Engage and identify key contacts within target accounts.

Develop outreach strategies including calls, emails, and social media engagement.

Collaborate with Sales Leaders and the Outbound team to qualify leads from various channels,

including direct customers, partners, and digital agencies.

  • Enterprise Selling:

Manage the full sales cycle, from introduction and discovery meetings to proposal

presentations and closing deals.

Negotiate contracts and ensure a smooth handover to the Delivery team.

  • Sales Team Contribution:

Work with local and global sales teams to maintain high standards and achieve customer-

focused outcomes.

Maintain and update sales activity records and pipeline forecasts through HubSpot.

Provide insights on the success of ongoing marketing campaigns.

Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of sales experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Selling with long sales cycles
  • Experience with target account selling and outbound lead generation
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with opportunity qualification methodologies (e.g., SPICED, MEDDIC, MEDPIC)
